What we are doing to keep you safe

The safety and health of our Class Leaders and Families has always been of utmost importance to us, and this is even more the case in the current environment.

We have developed a bespoke Baby Sensory and Toddler Sense COVID-19 Management and Safety Plan which contains our policies, processes and approaches to operating Baby Sensory and Toddler Sense classes in the COVID-19 environment, with a particular focus on how we can keep our Class Leaders and Customers safe.

Can I bring siblings/ extra people with me?

Unfortunately, siblings are not allowed to attend to weekday classes. There will be circumstances where this will be ok, please get in contact for the occasional need to bring them along. 2 adults can attend per baby.

What happens if I cannot attend my usual class?  Can I swap classes?

We will try and accommodate you in a different class subject to availability, but are unable to guarantee space and availability. Please get in contact as soon as possible to try to arrange.

What happens if I am sick?

We have a ZERO SICKNESS policy. Please DO NOT come to classes if you or your child are showing any sickness symptoms. You can however do the following

·       Attend a make-up session if there is availability

·       Invite a friend with a baby to attend in your place, please ask them to check in with me as soon as they arrive to mark them off the register

·       We cannot offer a refund or credit for a lesson missed for any reason

Do I need to be double vaccinated?

As a setting for a vulnerable sector of society (unvaccinated babies) we are following the Government's guidelines to keep our classes, and everyone attending them, as safe as possible. Anyone aged 12+ who attends our classes will need to be double vaccinated to attend.

Do I need to wear a mask?

We do request every adult wear a mask during the session.

Will we have to maintain social distancing?

As Government guidelines have now changed you will not be required to socially distance during classes.  However, we do recommend you keep some distance. We will still be seated on individual mats upon arrival which will be spaced apart.

What happens if we or you are affected by a local or national lockdown?

If we are unable to run the venue-based classes for circumstances out of our control your classes will be given online.  We are unable to offer a refund or hold classes over to when venues return as the online session will be in place of the venue-based class.

What happens if we or you are required to self-isolate under the Government?

If you or anyone close to you are showing symptoms or has tested positive for Covid 19. Please follow all government guidance for self-isolating.

If we are unable to run the venue-based classes for circumstances out of our control as we have had to self- isolate, your classes will be held online. We are unable to offer a refund or hold classes over to when venues return as the online session will be in place of the venue-based class.
